prestigious North End. The "T", Boston's mass transit
line within the city and to the suburbs, has four subway stops
nearby. Faneuil Hall Marketplace is ideally located to capture
the large concentration of office workers in the adjacent financial
district.

million people visit Boston annually, with close to 45 percent
of domestic visitors actually stopping at Faneuil Hall Marketplace
during their stay. Over 2,800 hotel rooms are within one-quarter
mile of Faneuil Hall.

THE
FUTURE
Faneuil Hall
Marketplace recently completed an $18 million renovation/remerchandising
program that has had a significant impact on traffic and sales
volumes. The relocation of the John Fitzgerald Expressway to a
tunnel through downtown Boston (expected to be completed in 2004)
will enhance the link between Faneuil Hall and the waterfront.
A new convention center is planned for the Seaport District, with
an expected completion within the next five years.
